The important part is that I'm going into my second year studying Visual Communication at Grays School of Art in Aberdeen. I'm really enjoying my new life here and the course and can't wait to find out where it takes me in the next 4 years and beyond...
I like all the usual things, Art (of course, otherwise I wouldn't be here) and Music (Listening to, I can't play to save myself) and Books (How coincidental, I work in the GSS library) .
This is really just a place for a big collection if snippets, pictures, drawings, thoughts and ideas. I don't know if it means anything to anyone other than me.

Lady Gaga
I love her because she has managed to achieve success without making herself into a sexual object.
With Beyonce, it’s undeniable that she’s hugely talented but I think we can all agree that a lot of her media attention comes from the fact that she sells herself as a sexy lady. That’s ok and I don’t have a massive issue with that because everyone does it but I like that Lady Gaga sells herself as a piece of multimedia art.
She can get her tits out and people will be more interested in the weird art and the clothes and the music than in her physically. Don’t think any of my male friends have admitted to having a cheeky wank over Gaga and I think that speaks very well for her character and the way she wants the world to see and understand her music and her identity.
